We are seeking a poised, experienced, and service-driven Senior Receptionist to join our dynamic corporate financial firm. As the first point of contact for clients, partners, and visitors, the Senior Receptionist plays a vital role in upholding our professional standards and delivering exceptional front-of-house service. In this high-visibility role, you will manage the reception area with efficiency and discretion, support executive-level coordination, and oversee junior reception staff to ensure seamless and professional experience for all who interact with our firm.

Greet high-level clients, partners, and visitors with professionalism and discretion, ensuring a welcoming and secure environment.

Manage client check-in processes and ensure conference rooms and hospitality areas are prepared for meetings.

Handle incoming calls and emails promptly and professionally, routing inquiries to appropriate departments or executives.

Administrative Leadership

Oversee front desk operations and enforce reception protocols, ensuring consistent service delivery aligned with company standards.

Train and mentor junior reception staff; provide performance feedback and ensure adherence to customer service best practices.

Coordinate and manage daily schedules for reception coverage, resolving any staffing gaps or workflow issues.

Office and Facilities Coordination

Serve as liaison between building management and office staff for maintenance requests, visitor access, and security protocols.

Maintain and reorder office supplies, ensure front-of-house areas are clean, organized, and stocked at all times.

Assist in the coordination of company events, internal meetings, and VIP visits.

Operational & Executive Support

Manage conference room scheduling and troubleshoot any technology issues in coordination with IT support.

Support executive assistants with administrative overflow including travel coordination, courier arrangements, and document handling.

Uphold confidentiality standards, especially when handling sensitive information related to clients or executive management.

Compliance & Record-Keeping

Maintain visitor logs, ID verification systems, and ensure compliance with company security policies.

Track and report on reception area performance metrics, including visitor satisfaction and service response times.
