Job summary

WCM White Cap Management LLC in Florida seeks a Project Manager to oversee rebar projects from setup to completion. You will coordinate detailing, scheduling, delivery and costs, ensuring seamless communication with customers and internal teams.

The role requires strong project management experience, ability to read structural drawings, and familiarity with AutoCAD or MicroStation. Travel is limited and certification may be required in some areas.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in a related discipline; typically 5–8 years of related experience, or MS/MA with 3–5 years.
• Certification is required in some areas.
• Ability to read and understand structural & architectural drawings; strong communication and scheduling skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide total contract management of each project assigned, including coordination of the detailing, scheduling, delivery and costs of products and services.
• Oversee the customer and project team in establishing the sequential steps involved in all processes with the scope of the project and adapt schedules and work tasks accordingly.
• Communicate with customers regarding project details involving detailing, fabrication and delivery issues.
• Review rebar shop drawings and direct the revision of drawings as needed.
• Schedule the detailing and delivery of required products and services with the contractor, detailers, and production team.
• Answer customer questions related to assigned projects and resolve any problems that may occur.
• Perform special projects and complete all other duties as assigned or requested for the support of the organization.
