Job summary

White Cap is seeking a Remote Project Manager to oversee rebar projects from setup through completion in a US-based environment. The role involves total contract management, detailing coordination, and ensuring on-time delivery with customers and internal teams.

You will review shop drawings, revise as needed, schedule detailing and delivery with contractors and production, and resolve questions and issues while supporting a diverse project portfolio.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in a related discipline; 5–8 years of experience or MS/MA with 3–5 years in a related field.
• Certification is required in some areas.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the execution of rebar projects from setup to completion.
• Provide total contract management including detailing, scheduling, delivery and costs of products and services.
• Coordinate steps with project team and adapt schedules accordingly.
• Communicate with customers on project details including detailing, fabrication and delivery issues.
• Review shop drawings and direct revisions as needed.
• Schedule detailing and delivery with contractor, detailers, and production team.
• Address customer questions and resolve problems.
• Perform special projects and other duties as assigned.
