Job summary

ClinChoice is seeking a Senior Real World Data Analytics Consultant/Senior Real World Data ProgrammerConsultant to lead complex analyses and mentor junior teams for a high-profile sponsor in the US.

The role blends technical excellence with client-facing leadership, guiding observational research, data integration and innovative analytics across therapeutic areas. Strong SAS/SQL/R/Python skills and cloud experience are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in RWD analytics, biostatistics, epidemiology, or related field.
• Leadership or consultancy experience of at least 3 years within life sciences or healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of SAPs for large-scale RWE studies with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee and mentor junior analysts, ensuring quality and consistency of analyses.
• Establish trusted client relationships and provide strategic data-driven insights to guide decisions.
• Develop new tools and automated workflows to improve efficiency and apply advanced analytics and ML to complex datasets.
• Create sophisticated data visualizations and dashboards; communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Drive data management improvements and contribute to SOPs and best practices.
• Collaborate with data scientists, epidemiologists, statisticians and external stakeholders to integrate data sources and design solutions.
