Regeneron is seeking a Senior Manager, Real-World Data and Analytics to support generation of real‑world evidence in oncology. You will develop SAPs, run analyses, and perform hands‑on programming on internal RWD assets to answer research questions, while supporting publications and vendor management.

The role involves translating analytic results into actionable insights for project teams and collaborating with external analytics partners to advance RWE studies.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree or Master’s degree with extensive hands‑on programming experience
• Hands‑on programming with real‑world data sources (claims/EHRs)
• Experience in oncology research and oncology real‑world data
• Advanced programming capabilities using SAS and R
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate analytics into project insights

Responsibilities

• Develop RWE queries, protocols, and SAPs within oncology
• Translate analytic findings into insights for project teams
• Perform end‑to‑end RWE query and study delivery with quality control of code
• Evaluate real‑world data sources for research questions
• Contribute to scientific communications and publications
• Coordinate with external vendors and research partners
