Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years of professional software development experience (6-8+ years).
• Strong proficiency in Java programming and object-oriented design principles.
• Proven ability to work independently, solve complex problems, and deliver high-quality code.
• Clear communicator with experience in collaborative, fast-paced environments.
