Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong C++ knowledge and multi-threaded programming techniques.
• Real-time rendering experience in games or computer graphics industries.
• Experience with profiling and optimizing large codebases.
• Ability to reason about and debug large, interacting systems.
• Experience with OS-level systems and Windows APIs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve stability and performance issues for Fortnite on a wide range of PC hardware.
• Improve rendering features and systems and design new ones for optimal player experience.
• Collaborate with Epic teams to solve complex technical challenges in rendering.
• Work with GPU vendors and partners to resolve technical issues and improve underlying tech.
• Assess performance data and optimize Unreal Engine rendering in Fortnite-specific use cases.
