Pindrop is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for the Capture team to design, build, and operate real-time ingestion layers for audio, video, and telephony metadata. You will develop distributed Go microservices and low-latency pipelines across provider platforms like Zoom, Teams, Webex, and Cloud contact centers.

You’ll lead architecture discussions, mentor engineers, and collaborate with Product, SRE, and Infra to ensure reliability, security, and scalable data ingestion in production.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional software development in production.
• Strong Go (Golang) or equivalent language proficiency.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures and containerization.
• Proven on-call production support experience.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, test, deploy, and operate distributed Go microservices and low-latency media pipelines.
• Integrate across SIPREC, RTP, WebRTC, WebSockets, and enterprise contact centers.
• Lead architecture and design through implementation, testing, deployment and docs.
• Diagnose complex distributed systems issues using logs, metrics and traces.
• Mentor junior engineers and participate in design reviews.
• Collaborate with Product, SRE, Infrastructure and Analytics teams to ensure seamless data ingestion.
• Participate in on-call rotation after training and readiness onboarding.
