Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in GIS/Earth Science or related Engineering field.
• 5+ years in image science, photogrammetry, remote sensing/data fusion, or geo imaging/processing.
• 5+ years creating moving and static 3D models in software such as 3ds Max, Maya, or Creator.
• 1+ year of project leadership and team oversight.
• 3+ years delivering projects through full development lifecycle from requirements to acceptance.
• 1+ year in technical proposal support, project execution, and applied project management.
• 3+ years defining and executing business processes.
• 3+ years of Cost Account Management (CAM) and Earned Value Management.
• 3+ years of Project Scheduling.
• 3+ years of authoring white papers and technical presentations (benefit).

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and implementation of real-time geospatial database solutions.
• Provide technical leadership by assigning, coordinating, and reviewing work.
• Develop and maintain GIS, 3D modeling, and visualization products meeting requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions on time and on budget.
• Ensure solutions comply with processes and quality standards.
• Identify and implement innovative solutions to complex challenges.
• Contribute to Windows and Linux development efforts and continuous improvement.
