Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in field operations or real-time engineering in power generation or energy operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead real-time monitoring and proactive intervention to support safe operations and maximize availability.
• Analyze real-time and historical data to assess equipment health and reduce downtime.
• Serve as senior escalation resource for complex troubleshooting and bridging field operations with engineering.
• Lead RCA investigations and track corrective actions to improve long-term reliability.
• Develop and maintain technical resources, dashboards, and reports to improve monitoring and decision making.
