Apptronik in Austin, TX seeks a Senior Embedded BSP Engineer to own the BSP and OS configuration for NVIDIA Jetson Thor in our humanoid robots. You'll collaborate with firmware, hardware, and robot software teams to bring up custom carrier boards and deliver reproducible OS images.

You will tune for low-latency real-time performance, support bring-up from prototype to production, and help scale platforms to fleets. As you grow, participate in code reviews and help steer architectural direction.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
• Minimum 5 years building, debugging, shipping embedded Linux/QNX systems.
• Hands-on NVIDIA Jetson (Thor/Orin) and JetPack experience.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain BSPs for Jetson Thor modules and carrier boards.
• Build and maintain reproducible OS images (Linux/Yocto or QNX SDP).
• Tune OS for real-time and low-latency performance and secure boot/OTA updates.
• Triaging boot issues, kernel panics, and driver regressions.
• Collaborate with Hardware and Robot Software teams to bring up compute hardware.
• Participate in design reviews and contribute to platform architecture.
