Qualifications
- Around 4 years of embedded software experience in aerospace, defence, or safety-critical domains.
- Experience with high-integrity coding standards (RTCA-DO178C).
- Ability to work in multi-disciplinary teams and learn from senior engineers.
- Interest in automation across build, test, and deployment processes.
- Willingness to work directly with target hardware in lab environments.
- Desirable exposure to real-time embedded on Linux or VxWorks RTOS.
- Understanding of the software lifecycle from requirements to delivery.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to best practices.
