Qualifications

• At least 7 years of software engineering experience focused on backend and distributed systems.
• Strong systems design fundamentals and understanding of large-scale distributed systems.
• Experience with Kafka, SQL databases, Kubernetes, and Docker.

Responsibilities

• Optimize end-to-end syncing to improve throughput and reduce sync times.
• Design systems for streaming data and real-time syncs from webhooks and queues.
• Identify scaling and reliability bottlenecks, then architect solutions for growth.
