Job summary

1000 Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a Realtime Defect Analysis Technology Development Engineer to work in the Advanced Packaging Technology Development department.

The role involves analyzing process anomalies, developing solutions, and accelerating learning cycles in semiconductor manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and experience in the semiconductor industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science or related field.
• 2-4 years of semiconductor industry experience.
• At least 1 year of RDA experience.
• Basic data science/data manipulation skills.
• Strong understanding of physics and semiconductor equipment concepts.

Responsibilities

• Review experimental process flows for defect anomalies.
• Use inline process signals for improvements.
• Work with new inspection tools for early problem detection.
• Recognize and raise awareness of process anomalies.
• Build techniques and improve existing tools.
