Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a Realtime Defect Analysis (RDA) Process Engineer for its High Volume Manufacturing environment.

You will work with advanced defect inspection systems, data analytics, and semiconductor technologies to identify, investigate, and resolve defect-related challenges, driving yield improvements and process efficiency. You will collaborate with Process Integration, Process Development, Yield Enhancement, and Data Science teams, applying AI-enabled tools to uncover

Responsibilities

• Review process flows, inspection data, and metrics to identify defect trends and yield-impacting issues.
• Investigate excursions and support root-cause analysis for corrective actions.
• Monitor baseline health indicators and control metrics for stability.
• Apply AI-enabled tools and analytics to improve productivity and problem-solving.
• Use data-driven methods to identify defects reduction opportunities and process improvements.
• Support experiments and evaluate results for optimization and learning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to boost performance and efficiency.
• Engage with advanced defect inspection tech to enable earlier issue identification.
• Develop analytical methods and data visualization to improve process visibility.
• Share best practices across Micron sites to align methods.
