Qualifications

• 8–15 years of experience architecting and operating large-scale data integrations.
• Hands-on with streaming pipelines and operational data movement in cloud environments.
• Healthcare domain knowledge including HIPAA and ePHI considerations.
• Experience in venture-backed startups and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end architecture for the operational data platform.
• Lead evaluation and selection of real-time data technologies.
• Govern data contracts, canonical models, and reference architectures.
• Establish data governance and security with RBAC and HIPAA needs.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to data teams.
