Qualifications
- Hands-on Staff Platform Engineer role combining architectural direction and hands-on implementation.
- Partner across Engineering, Product, Data, Security, and Infrastructure to drive platform changes.
- Focus on AI-enabled capabilities, standards, and scalable paved paths for teams.
Responsibilities
- Build paved paths with reference implementations, shared libraries, and templates for teams to adopt.
- Define and publish target-state architecture with owners and dates.
- Own AWS foundations and AI workloads, including multi-account structure and cost governance.
- Drive standards adoption from documentation to pipelines across repositories and teams.
- Lead cross-team collaboration and ensure alignment on technical direction.
