Job summary

Versar Global Solutions is seeking a Real Property SME to support the Air Force Civil Engineering Directorate, focusing on enterprise real property policy, governance, and program management. You will coordinate with Headquarters Air Force, AFCEC, MAJCOMs, ANG, AFRC, and installation stakeholders to deliver data-driven recommendations and ensure audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years’ experience supporting real property, facilities, asset management, or related programs.
• Experience advising senior leaders; coordinating across HQ, regional, campus, and enterprise levels; developing policies and governance.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Secret clearance required and US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject matter advisor to AF/A4C leadership on real property policy and program implementation.
• Develop and maintain DAF-level real property governance, policy, and program documentation.
• Analyze program performance, accountability, audit readiness, and asset management metrics; identify trends and risks.
• Prepare executive briefings, decision papers, meeting materials, talking points, action memorandums, and responses to inquiries.
• Coordinate with AFIMSC, AFCEC, MAJCOMs, ANG, AFRC and installation stakeholders to resolve complex policy issues.
• Evaluate guidance to ensure compliance with DoD, SAF, and DAF requirements.
• Provide enterprise oversight of accountability, asset management, acquisition, disposal, inventory validation, data quality, and financial reporting.
• Develop performance reporting frameworks, dashboards, metrics, and data analysis tools for leadership visibility.
• Support development and execution of DoD-wide strategic communication and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
• Facilitate cross-functional working groups and governance forums to advance real property priorities.
