• Bachelor's degree in business or public administration or related field.
• 4+ years of professional real property management, right of way, or contract administration experience.
• Texas Driver's License or equivalent from another state.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer City real property and leases.
• Liaise between City of El Paso Engineering & Construction Management Department and outside agencies.
• Execute and manage leases, contracts, and related documents; review financials and appraisals.
• Review construction plans for aviation standards; negotiate with tenants.
• Prepare economic feasibility reports; develop leasing and marketing policy recommendations.
