Job summary

OCFO in Washington, DC, Office of Tax and Revenue – Real Property Tax Administration seeks a qualified personnel for the DS-963/DS-11 position. This permanent appointment has unlimited area of consideration and an October 26, 2026 screening date.

The incumbent will verify, analyze, and record residential and commercial property documents and assist in guiding lower-level staff toward unit goals. One or more vacancies exist; the position is not in a collective bargaining unit.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of progressive experience verifying, analyzing, and accurately recording documents as they relate to residential and commercial property.
• One (1) year of experience recommending unit goals and objectives; planning and reviewing the work of lower-level staff.
• Specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the next lower grade level in the normal line of progression.
