Job summary

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of progressive work experience analyzing and recording the full spectrum of legal instruments.
• Experience maintaining a records management system.
• Experience determining fees and taxes to be collected.
• Ability to assist with resolving complex matters.

Responsibilities

• Lead lower-level examiners in executing assignments and distribute workload.
• Examine documents (deeds, trusts, releases, assignments, easements) for required information before recording.
• Index and verify documents to be recorded for the public record.
• Coordinate with other ROD and RPTA units to reconcile inconsistencies.
