Enbridge is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel in Utah to provide practical legal guidance across real property and commercial law matters. You will draft and negotiate agreements, advise on regulatory issues, and coordinate with internal teams and outside counsel to support business goals.

The role requires a J.D. and Utah license with at least 8 years of related experience; energy industry background is preferred. Travel up to 25% and a hybrid work model are offered.

Formación

• J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice law in Utah.
• Minimum of 8 years of directly related experience.
• Experience in real property and commercial law.
• Utility or energy industry experience preferred.
• Ability to coordinate a variety of internal and external activities.
• Independent judgement and initiative.

Responsabilidades

• Provide practical legal advice to Enbridge Gas Utah, Wexpro Company and other Enbridge businesses.
• Draft, review and negotiate real property agreements including rights-of-way and easements.
• Advise on and negotiate commercial agreements supporting business development and regulatory matters.
• Monitor legislative and regulatory developments and advise clients on impacts.
• Provide legal analysis, research, opinions and presentations as required.
• Collaborate with legal and business teams to provide coordinated support.
• Manage and coordinate outside counsel and internal resources.
