Job summary

The United States Department of Justice seeks a Program Analyst (GS-0343-13) to oversee complex real property programs, including space management and rent budgets within federal operations.

You will design and develop financial statements and reports for management, monitor expenditures, and support budget processes using UFMS/UAMS or similar systems. Applicants must meet time-in-grade requirements and pass a USA Hire assessment.

Responsibilities

• Responds to data calls, metric reporting, or other scheduled reporting for real property, rent and space.
• Provides policy instruction and guidance pertaining to real property inventories and annual rent budgets.
• Maintains financial, real property and asset databases and other resources, such as program operating plans, or space management tools.
