Job summary

The Program Analyst position within the Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations, Planning and Real Estate Directorate provides analytical, advisory, and process-improvement support to PRE mission operations. It supports budgeting, acquisition planning, and the preparation of reports for internal and external stakeholders tied to the overseas portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required.
• Nine years of related experience required.
• Ability to obtain a Secret Security clearance and travel internationally.
• Ability to be in the office five days a week.

Responsibilities

• Provides analytical, advisory, and administrative support for bureau management programs.
• Coordinates with customers to gather, clarify, and validate project requirements.
• Supports planning, budgeting, and reporting for real property projects and transactions.
• Prepares briefing materials, summaries, and written reports for senior leadership.
• Researches legislation and policy guidance to assess impacts on bureau operations.
