Job summary

LMI Government Consulting seeks a Real Property Functional Subject Matter Expert to support an Army client within the Asset Management Division. The role focuses on improving real property data quality, CIP data, asset visibility, and stakeholder reporting.

You will bring deep project controls experience on large capital programs and familiarity with Army systems and policies. Responsibilities include data validation, reporting, dashboards, and training stakeholders on updated processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
• 12+ years of project controls, real property, capital asset, or construction program experience.
• Experience with Army real property systems and reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and validate real property inventory using Army systems (e.g., GFEBS, ASIP, ePRISMS).
• Train stakeholders and installations on improvements to business rules and workflows.
• Review and reconcile data related to real property assets and capital investments for accuracy.
• Support and refine business processes and system logic for real property recording and reporting.
