Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
• Experience in real estate or private equity underwriting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze loan applications to determine risk and potential ROI.
• Conduct thorough due diligence on potential investments with financial analysis.
• Prepare and present underwriting reports to the investment committee.
