NYU Langone Health is seeking a Financial Project Analyst to support Capital Finance Operations, focusing on cost management, budgeting, and variances for Real Estate Development & Facilities projects.

The role requires reviewing financial documents, updating project records, and collaborating across REDF teams to ensure accurate reporting and timely closes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.
• 4 years of experience in Construction, Real Estate, Architectural, Facilities or Health Services organization preferred with a strong understanding of construction accounting.
• Demonstrate customer service and communication skills.
• Must be able to develop and maintain positive, cooperative relationships with coworkers, supervisors, managers, clients and others as required.

Responsibilities

• Support the Capital Finance Operations team using Unifier and handling ad-hoc requests.
• Prepare and analyze financial plans, forecasts, and reports for REDF Department.
• Perform account reconciliations and ensure quality control over financial transactions and reporting.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and cost control.
