Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate complex joint venture and operating agreements.
• Lead real estate transactions from start to finish, including acquisitions, development, financing, and entity structuring.
• Work directly with clients and counterparties to advance sophisticated commercial real estate deals.
• Collaborate with partners on business development planning and practice growth.
