Job summary

CBRE in Washington, DC seeks a Client Consulting Director to lead advisory services for major corporate real estate clients, guiding the consulting business across regions and aligning strategies with executive leadership.

You will build and deliver real estate strategies, oversee staff, manage complex portfolios, present findings to senior management, and mentor teams while ensuring delivery excellence and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Degree preferred with 8–12 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring and rewarding performance and retention.
• Ability to convey complex information, set performance expectations and solve problems.
• Leadership to set targets with impact on multiple department results.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead consulting services to large groups of corporate real estate clients across regions.
• Build and deliver real estate strategies and assist with regional portfolio initiatives.
• Align business direction with senior management and conduct portfolio planning with stakeholders.
• Monitor performance and report on data collected.
• Present reports and studies on location, labor, and properties to executives.
• Provide supervision, coaching and development of staff; oversee recruiting and hiring.
• Coordinate daily team activities, set schedules and track deadlines.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration and drive action guided by CBRE plans.
