Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention is preferred.
• Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated information and convey performance expectations.
• Leadership skills to set, manage and achieve targets with a direct impact on multiple department results.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Expert organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Build real estate strategies and consulting for large-size clients.
• Deliver strategies with assigned clients and assist with regional portfolio initiatives.
• Align business direction with senior management and conduct strategic portfolio planning.
• Monitor organizational performance and report on data collected.
• Evaluate space rationalization for client properties and provide solutions.
• Develop complex strategies to reduce costs for clients.
• Manage consolidation reviews and transactions with clients.
• Present reports on location, labor, and retail on properties to executive management.
• Understand client's business to ensure property and location strategies align with strategic direction.
• Contribute expert commercial and financial knowledge during strategy development and presentations.
• Provide supervision to employees, mentor staff, and oversee recruiting and hiring.
• Coordinate and manage daily team activities and set deadlines.
