Job summary

TwoPointO Capital LLC in Carmel, IN is seeking a Senior Associate for the Portfolio Management team. You will coordinate data, monitor performance, and prepare quarterly reports for active investments, reporting to the VP of Portfolio Management.

This role partners with the investments team to support investment committees and to build the portfolio dashboard and data pipelines. Requires 3–5 years in real estate/private equity and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of real estate, financial services, banking, or private equity experience
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, real estate, economics, or related field
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and multi-tab underwriting models
• Familiarity with real estate financial statements, operating metrics, and KPIs

Responsibilities

• Manage collection, review, and organization of investment data for reporting
• Track asset performance against underwritten expectations and budgets
• Prepare quarterly investment reports and investor updates
• Oversee portfolio management work and assist VP of Portfolio Management
• Design, construct, and maintain portfolio dashboard and data architecture
• Assist investment committees with ongoing analyses and data-driven insights
