Responsibilities

• Craft fundraising materials, quarterly investor communications and presentations for senior leadership.
• Support SVP as a primary contact for a sophisticated institutional investor base; handle diligence questions and data requests.
• Lead end-to-end capital raising support: materials, fund documents, and prospecting research.
• Partner with SVP on investor events from concept to execution; manage related materials.
• Identify and implement process improvements to scale the investor services function.
• Own the data infrastructure behind investor relations—CRM, Qvidian, Preqin/Evestment, MS Office tools and AI tools.
