Qualifications

• 4-8 years of investment experience in commercial real estate private equity and debt.
• Solid understanding of investment theory and quantitative methods.
• Advanced Excel proficiency with AI enhanced optimization experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently and accurately complete detailed consultant and investor requests for quantitative information.
• Develop the ability to quickly form a buy/hold/sell opinion and justify it using discounted cash flow models and market outlook.
• Perform research about the economy, local and national real estate markets, and existing or potential investments.
• Participate in discussions about portfolio management and investment strategy.
• Occasionally travel for property visits and real estate conferences.
• Support the portfolio management team in producing cash flows and other financial projections.
• Find ways to streamline data-intensive analyses, including performance attribution and market ranking.
• Collaborate with departments to obtain needed information.
