Job summary

TwoPointO Capital, LLC in Carmel, IN seeks a Vice President, Investor Relations & Business Development to manage relationships with existing investors and advisors. You will lead communications, education on investment activity, and reporting while supporting business development efforts.

You will partner with senior leadership to ensure alignment between investor communications and the firm's co-GP investment activity, coordinating with compliance and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Seven or more years of experience in investor relations, client service, or a related role within asset management/private real estate/private markets.
• Demonstrated experience working with RIAs, financial advisors, family offices, or other sophisticated investors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee investor relationship management with existing RIAs, family offices, and high-net-worth investors.
• Oversee investor-facing communications, quarterly reports, and updates.
• Coordinate onboarding workflows and subscription documentation with operations, legal, and compliance.
• Ensure messaging, disclosures, and materials comply with compliance policies.
• Develop and maintain advisor relationship pipelines and business development initiatives.
