Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in real estate transactions required.
• Experience managing transactions and drafting real estate forms/documents.
• Proficiency in entity formation and Secretary of State filings.
• Strong project management skills, including checklist maintenance.
• Ability to review and analyze title and survey documents.
• Experience managing interactions with title companies.
• Knowledge of UCC filings, zoning reports, and other due diligence matters.
• Experience assisting in closing complex real estate transactions.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
