Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certification from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 10 years of paralegal experience, with at least 5 years focused on real estate law or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of real estate transactions, leasing agreements, and property law.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and document management software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and manage real estate contracts, leases, purchase agreements, and related legal documents.
• Conduct detailed legal research on property laws, zoning regulations, and compliance requirements relevant to real estate transactions.
• Coordinate with attorneys, clients, title companies, and government agencies to facilitate due diligence and closing processes.
• Maintain and organize case files, track deadlines, and manage document filing systems to ensure efficient workflow.
• Assist in preparing materials for litigation, including discovery, pleadings, and trial preparation when necessary.
• Monitor changes in real estate laws and regulations to advise legal teams and update documentation accordingly.
• Provide training and guidance to junior paralegals and administrative staff within the legal department.
