You will work under the Senior Director of Real Estate and coordinate with brokers, counsel, and internal teams to ensure timely, on-budget store growth. The role requires 3+ years of retail real estate experience, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional collaboration across

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Real Estate experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or related field preferred.
• Proven lease negotiation experience from inception to execution.
• Experience with multi-unit retailer expansion or landlord roles.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams with internal/external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage market analysis, site selection, negotiations, and development processes.
• Identify and evaluate potential sites, existing stores, and competitors.
• Coordinate data on trade areas: population, income, education, visibility.
• Negotiate lease renewals, expansions, and subleases.
• Develop financial forecasts and store development costs with finance.
• Present site proposals to the Real Estate Committee.
• Coordinate with counsel for lease documents.
• Collaborate with brokers, landlords, and internal teams to complete projects on time.
• Maintain relationships with brokers, owners, and real estate representatives.
