Job summary

PNC seeks a Loan Support Analyst Senior within its Real Estate organization, anchored in the Multifamily Capital footprint. You will support the Loan Administration team across Servicing, Investor Reporting and Insurance, focusing on data quality control and process improvement using Excel and AI productivity tools.

Based in-office, you’ll work with cross-functional partners to ensure accurate, timely processing and compliance while upholding PNC’s standards for customer focus and risk

Qualifications

• University/college degree with < 1 year of professional experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, certification(s) and experience may be considered.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Executes varied and complex transactions using established procedures.
• Reconciles transactions and routes items to complete actions with internal/external partners.
• Ensures materials and documentation are available to complete transactions and may train new hires.
• Provides responses to inquiries and ad hoc requests; researches workflow.
• Reviews transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with policies.
