Job summary

The Agency in Southern California seeks an experienced Real Estate Litigation Attorney with 5+ years of civil litigation experience to join our premier practice. This role features a 1,550-hour annual billable goal and a flexible hybrid/remote work environment.

Responsibilities include handling diverse real estate matters, drafting pleadings and motions, and providing strategic counsel to property owners, developers, and investors while maintaining client-focused service.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active California Bar in good standing.
• 5+ years of civil litigation experience with a focus on real estate matters.

Responsibilities

• Manage real estate litigation matters from intake through resolution, including pleadings, motions, discovery, depositions, mediations, and trial preparation.
• Handle breach of contract, quiet title, easement/boundary disputes, lease disputes, HOA issues, construction defect claims, and landlord-tenant matters.
• Provide strategic counsel to business owners, developers, owners, brokers, and investors.
• Conduct depositions, argue complex motions, and represent clients in arbitrations and mediations.
• Work with clients to deliver tailored, cost-effective legal solutions aligned with their goals.
