PNC Financial Services Group is seeking a Senior Finance Associate to join the Corporate & Institutional Banking Finance organization in Pittsburgh. The role blends accounting, financial reporting, forecasting, and strategic analytics with executive‑level partnership.

Based onsite in Pittsburgh, you will support the Multifamily Capital platform and collaborate across Finance, Policy, and Regulatory teams to ensure accurate disclosures and timely financial insight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in finance or accounting.
• Strong accounting knowledge and financial reporting.

Responsabilités

• Prepare monthly financial results and management reports.
• Explain performance drivers and trends to leadership.
• Conduct variance analyses and improve reporting visibility.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and planning cycles.
• Assist with SEC reporting and external disclosures.
