Job summary

PNC seeks a Finance Associate in Asset & Liability Management Finance, based in Pittsburgh, to deliver insights that drive growth and efficiency. This role partners with senior leaders, develops forecasts, and supports monthly and annual planning with variance analysis and executive reporting.

You will work closely with stakeholders and finance peers to refine reporting, strengthen controls, and contribute to strategic financial initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• University/college degree required; bachelor’s or higher.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Familiarity with regulatory reporting and financial controls.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder partnership skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepares timely, transparent, and succinct financial reports for stakeholders.
• Produces revenue, expense, and staffing forecasts.
• Contributes to annual budget cycle and monthly forecasting.
• Develops strategic insights from data to enhance budget accuracy.
• Collaborates on implementation of new accounting and regulatory standards.
• Supports audit, regulatory, and investor information requests.
• Promotes sound control processes and cross-functional alignment.
