Coda Search Staffing is partnering with a leading real estate private equity group based in New Jersey to hire a Senior Finance Associate. The role combines investor reporting, fund performance analysis, KPI tracking and support for financial reporting.

The position offers high visibility within the finance team and with senior leadership. You will review monthly financial packages, develop fund KPIs and dashboards, assist with budgeting and forecasts, and monitor debt covenants and lender

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or related field
• 3+ years in real estate finance, fund finance, FP&A, or real estate accounting
• Advanced Excel skills and financial modeling experience
• Experience with real estate systems such as Yardi

Responsibilities

• Review monthly financial reporting packages across multiple funds
• Prepare and maintain fund-level KPIs, dashboards, and management reports
• Support annual budgeting and reforecasting across funds and properties
• Monitor debt covenants, LTV, and lender requirements
• Assist lender reporting packages and compliance deliverables
• Prepare and review monthly/quarterly fund reporting for stakeholders and investors
• Identify opportunities to streamline reporting, forecasting, and data flows
• Help improve financial models, templates, and reporting consistency

Coda Search is partnering with a leading real estate private equity group based in NJ. The firm is rapidly growing and operate 500+ properties across 8 major markets. They recently just launched its 4th fund with big plans for 2026.

The team is seeking to hire a Senior Finance Associate who will have blended responsibilities across investor reporting, fund performance, KPI analysis and assisting with financial reporting. This is a highly visible role which will work closely with senior leadership and the wider finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review the monthly financial reporting package across multiple funds
• Prepare and maintain fund-level KPIs, dashboards, and management reporting packages
• Support the annual budgeting and reforecasting process across funds and properties
• Monitor and track debt covenants, LTV, and other lender requirements
• Support lender reporting packages and compliance deliverables
• Prepare and review monthly and quarterly fund reporting for internal stakeholders and investors
• Identify opportunities to streamline reporting, forecasting, and data flows
• Help improve financial models, templates, and reporting consistency

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in real estate finance, fund finance, FP&A, or public accounting (real estate clients)
• Advanced Excel skills; experience building and maintaining financial models
• Experience with real estate systems (e.g., Yardi)
