Job summary

NexCore Group is seeking a senior real estate development financial analyst in Denver, CO. You will build complex financial models, perform pro forma analysis, scenario modeling, and sensitivity testing to evaluate senior living projects.

You will provide market research, budgeting, cash flow forecasting, dashboards, and variance analyses to support planning and decision making. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, mentor junior staff, and present to executives and investors.

Qualifications

• 6+ years’ experience in real estate development financial analysis with a focus on healthcare real estate preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; PowerPoint & Office Suite familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain detailed financial models: pro forma, scenario, sensitivity analyses.
• Provide analyses for asset sales, recapitalizations, and capital raises.
• Prepare budgets, cash flow forecasts, dashboards, and variance analyses.
• Deliver financial reports and presentations to senior leadership and investors.
