Brookfield Asset Management Inc. in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to prepare financial statements, investor reports, and supporting schedules with accuracy for decision making and reporting.

You will reconcile intercompany balances, review journal entries, and coordinate with auditors and tax/legal teams. The role requires a CPA or progress toward one, a Bachelor’s in accounting/finance, 3+ years of accounting experience, and proficiency in Excel with familiarity in Yardi

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required.
• CPA designation or in progress strongly preferred.
• 3+ years of progressive accounting or reporting experience.
• Working knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, ICA GAAP.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Yardi or OneStream familiarity a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Mansioni

• Prepare financial statements, investor reporting, and supporting schedules.
• Maintain reconciliations for intercompany balances and equity movements.
• Review journal entries and accruals for completeness and accuracy.
• Assist auditors by preparing documentation and coordinating requests.
• Support tax and legal teams on dividends, contributions, and entity compliance.
• Collaborate with third-party accounting teams to ensure reporting accuracy.
• Drive process improvements with partners and technology for efficiency.
