Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements, investor reporting, and supporting schedules.
• Maintain reconciliations for intercompany balances and equity movements.
• Review journal entries and accruals for completeness and accuracy.
• Assist auditors by preparing documentation and coordinating requests.
• Support tax and legal teams on dividends, contributions, and entity compliance.
• Contribute to reporting hand-offs by working with third-party accounting teams.
• Support process improvements with business partners and technology to enhance reporting efficiency.

Senior Financial Analysts are responsible for completing a wide range of corporate accounting, real estate accounting, and reporting activities within the Corporate Accounting & Reporting team under the guidance and supervision of Accounting Managers or Supervisors. Senior Financial Analysts may be responsible for and/or corporate/service/management entities depending on the level of accounting complexity involved.
