Job summary

Exelon seeks a senior leader to manage real estate transactional and facilities operations across the utility. You will lead a team of professionals, oversee a broad portfolio of properties, and align assets with company strategy.

This role drives budget oversight, performance improvement, safety and diversity, and will partner with senior management to optimize real estate value and service delivery. Extensive experience in real estate transactions and facilities management is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture or related field.
• 10+ years in operations or commercial/industrial real estate transactions and management.
• In lieu of degree, 12–15 years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to negotiate complex real estate transactions and contracts.
• Strong analytical and communications skills.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide transactional real estate and facilities management expertise to direct reports.
• Oversee day-to-day building operations, maintenance, and portfolio management.
• Ensure annual goals are met and align with the department plan.
• Collaborate with senior managers to meet internal stakeholders' expectations.
• Lead diversity, safety, and high-performance culture initiatives.
• Manage budgets, vendors, and external consultants for real estate and facilities.
