Bagel Brands is seeking a Senior Real Estate Manager to support the growth of our store pipeline. You will analyze markets, evaluate sites, and coordinate across Real Estate, Design, Construction, Operations, and Finance to enable timely development of new stores.

Remote position with travel required; a strong background in CRE and cross-functional collaboration is essential to drive LOI negotiations, site selections, and milestone tracking across the development lifecycle.

Competenze

• Minimum seven years of experience in commercial real estate, development, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related discipline.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills; able to manage multiple projects.
• Ability to travel up to 50% as business needs require.

Mansioni

• Perform real estate analysis and site selection.
• Support LOI tracking, lease execution, design and construction milestones.
• Maintain development pipeline reporting and cross-functional collaboration.
• Interface with landlords, brokers, and developers.
