Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support due diligence and development efforts from entitlements to lease-up.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and municipal officials to obtain permits.
• Track milestones, budgets, and schedules to meet deadlines.
• Review estimates, change orders and drawings for accuracy and feasibility.
• Lead weekly meetings with project teams and partners to report status.
• Assist with coordination of commissioning, warranties and project close-out.
• Support leasing team with project data and market insights.
