Job summary

TruAmerica Multifamily is seeking a Senior Manager, Development in Los Angeles to lead predevelopment, design, and permitting for multifamily projects. You will coordinate consultants, budgets, and schedules to execute the project business plan.

Reporting to the Senior Managing Director, Development, you will manage two to three projects at various stages and collaborate with finance, accounting, asset management, and senior leadership to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in real estate project management, preferably in multifamily development.
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related program.

Responsibilities

• Manage entitlement, design, engineering, permitting, and construction throughout development.
• Coordinate with consultants, manage budgets and schedules, and report progress to leadership.
• Support acquisitions through site analysis, due diligence, and financial planning.
• Ensure projects align with business plans and investment objectives.
