Job summary

Trammell Crow Company in San Francisco seeks a Senior Development Manager to oversee multi-family project execution from entitlements through lease-up. You’ll manage schedules, budgets, and coordination with stakeholders to meet deadlines.

Your background includes a bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, at least 6 years in commercial development, and LEED accreditation preferred. Travel within the region is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, business or equivalent from a 4-year program.
• Typically at least 6 years of commercial development management experience.
• LEED accreditation with current educational requirements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support due diligence on prospective land or building acquisitions and coordinate with consultants.
• Budget and manage project costs from design through close-out.
• Prepare development timelines and milestones; obtain permits and approvals.
• Lead development execution tasks, review estimates, schedules, and drawing coordination.
• Coordinate with city officials, utilities, and 3rd party entities; run weekly OAC meetings.
• Support leasing teams and ensure project milestones are met.
